How long is shipping?

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are sent once your order is placed.

Can I use Skin Essentials products on my face?

We recommend using the butters and scrubs on your body only.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all ingredients carefully and select the correct quantity/product before purchasing.

What happens if I my body butter melts?

Body butters may melt due to heat. If this happens, place the butter in the fridge to solidify the oils, then store it at room temperature. The butter will still be usable.

What is the shelf life?

The shelf life is approximately 12 months for all of our products. To help maintain the longevity, we recommend storing away from heat and sunlight in a cool place.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Skin Essentials products are handmade ,100% organic, cruelty free, and free of synthetic ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is different we always recommend a patch test before use.
